Every year we shoot our own Christmas card. And every year, for some inexplicable reason, we always manage to dress up and come across as a bunch of idiots.

We’re the only ad agency in London (and very possibly the world) with a regular comedy club in its reception. It’s every three months, there’s a bill of five award-winning comedians, free beer and unlimited popcorn. No ticket necessary.

SUMMER SCHOOL //

Once a year students come to isobel for a flavour of the industry. They're split into teams, given a brief to crack, and get up close with every isobel department. We rope in big name judges for our panel, like the Deputy Mayor of London, top bods from Snapchat, CNBC, Sport England and more.

OUR SHOP WINDOW //

This is us mucking about in our very public front window. For fun, for charity, for special events, for whatever comes to mind. It gets people talking about our brand. And not just the locals. We've been in The Guardian, The Times, The Evening Standard, on Virgin – all over the place really.
